This is the free 2.0 version, for mac OS, 10.4, 10.5 and later.
Disable automatic update checks unless you want to be bugged about buying 3.0 (Which is not free).
I just posted a new version of Domain Grabber, it has a couple of minor bug fixes and the webservice that is used to generate random keywords has been changed to http://www.randomword.net/ because the old one went offline (at some point)
I use iGoogle as my home page, and I love it. It let's me keep up with all my news, blogs, weather, and current events all in one place. The only problem I have is that my Technology Widget includes stories from the Wall Street Journal, none of which you can read beyond the first paragraph or two.
When you click on them you are taken to a landing page that contains a lot of advertising and only the first paragraph or two of the story. You can't read the rest unless you are a subscriber.
As far as I'm concerned if they won't let me read the entire article then I don't have any reason to visit their site and increase their advertising revenue.
If they want to keep their content locked up that's just fine with me, there are lots of other places to get the same (or better) information from and as far as I'm concerned I don't care if anyone anywhere ever reads their crap. It can sit collecting dust in their database until they go bankrupt for all I care.
But, I can't for the life of me figure out any way to keep my Technology Feed and just remove the WSJ from it. Every time I accidentally click on an article from WSJ I have to click back, then click on the link for "Related Stories" and get the info I need from another source. It's a huge pain, I would much rather block all WSJ articles from showing up at all.
Please google, put the Wall Street Journal out of it's misery and block it completely from google news and iGoogle news feeds!!!!!
Or at the very least give me a way to block it from mine.
