SyncTERM is the only terminal program that I have found that properly renders IBM Extended ASCII Characters on Macintosh OSX. The Author's web site is here.
I've attached the program here because the Author's site was down for a while, there's no telling when it might go down again and this app is far too unique to allow it to pass into oblivion.
