Richard “Richie Ramone” Reinhardt filed a lawsuit against several online music services claiming he is owed almost $1 million in royalties, according to the Associated Press.

Reinhardt has also asked the court to issue an injunction preventing further use of the songs “Smash You,”“Somebody Put Something in My Drink,”“Human Kind,”“I’m Not Jesus,”“I Know Better Now” and “(You) Can’t Say Something Nice.”

Who the hell is Richie Ramone Reinhardt ?  Obviously he's a broke-ass has-been who's trying to milk 20 year old accomplishments for all they are worth. 

What he doesn't seem to realize is that he's been screwed by the record label just like every artist who's ever signed a contract with one.

Because they own the rights to the music he helped create, they can re-sell it until doomsday and they don't have to give him jack squat.  Which begs the question, why isn't he putting the blame where it belongs ?  Which is with himself for signing the damn contract.
